Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You can see the status in My Plans.
If a renewal payment fails, you get 3 days to pay before access is paused. Your data is never deleted.
Purchases made in the Android app are refunded through Google Play.
Every refund ends the access bought with that payment, and a refund note is issued.
