By using Score Delta you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Score Delta is an early-stage online exam practice project run by a small team. It is not a registered company. We are not connected with HPPSC, HPRCA, HPBOSE, any government body or any exam authority. The official notification of your exam is always the final word on eligibility, dates, syllabus and marking.

2. Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a code sent on WhatsApp. Keep your phone and codes to yourself.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it. Paid accounts can be used on a limited number of devices at a time.
• Give correct details. If you are under 18, then when you take a test we take it that your parent or guardian is okay with you using Score Delta. See the Privacy policy.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

• copy, screenshot, sell or publish our questions, solutions or tests;
• cheat in ranked tests, or use bots or scripts on the service;
• try to break into the service, or misuse login codes;
• post anything abusive or unlawful in tickets or messages.

We may flag attempts, limit features or block accounts that break these rules.

4. Tests, results and advice

• Our tests are for practice. They follow the published pattern as closely as we can, but they are not the real exam, and we do not promise that any question will appear in it.
• Scores, ranks, predicted scores and readiness are estimates to guide your study. They do not promise any result or selection.
• Questions may contain mistakes. Some are written with AI help, and AI answers to doubts can be wrong, so check them against the solution. Please use "Report this question" when you find an error.

5. Plans and payments

• Sign-up and free features are free. A plan opens what its page lists, for the period it shows.
• The price you see is the price you pay. Website payments go through Razorpay; app purchases go through Google Play and follow its rules. We do not see or keep your card or UPI details.
• Monthly prices renew until you cancel. Fixed-period prices do not renew.
• Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Our content

Questions, solutions, analysis, design and the Score Delta name belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own preparation only.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service running, but it is offered "as is", and it may sometimes be unavailable or change. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed exam or an exam result. If we are held responsible for anything, the amount is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from the privacy settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page. For a big change, we will tell you in the app. These terms follow the laws of India.
